Holly Park Terrace is a cherished, family-built community rooted in hard work, love, and generations of dedication.
Founded in 1970 by Claude and Bea Palmer, the community began as a true family project. Claude and Bea did the groundwork themselves, taking turns on the dozer and backhoe, and Bea—never afraid of a challenge—would often be seen running dump trucks and equipment in her high heels. Their five children grew up riding mini-bikes through the unfinished neighborhood, watching their parents bring their dream to life one day at a time.
Today, that same spirit of love and commitment continues. Holly Park Terrace is still cared for and maintained by the Palmer family, who honor its history while continually improving the community for the families who call it home.
In recent years, the park has received many thoughtful updates:
• Over half of the homes have been beautifully updated or replaced with new ones
• Fresh blacktop roads were completed in 2024
• Numerous new electric services have been installed
• New sheds, decks, and awnings now complement homes throughout the community
• Many lots are receiving blacktop driveways and refreshed landscaping
Through every improvement, our goal remains the same: to create a safe, kind, and respectful place where neighbors feel like family. We hope to add hiking trails in the land above the community so residents can enjoy nature and make memories for generations to come.
Holly Park Terrace isn’t just a place to live—it’s a place built from love, shaped by family, and continually growing with the people who are part of it.
