Palmer's has our own in house finance department specializing in many types of mortgages and home only financing. We work with SONYMA lenders (for first time home buyers locating in NY), FHA lenders and conventional mortgage lenders as well as owner financing on our lower cost used homes. We will do our best to secure the right loan for each of our homeowner's. We have 20 full time year around employees to set, finish, and service your home. Many of our employees have been with us for a decade and longer. |

Commodore builds both manufactured and modular homes to very high standards. We have represented Commodore since 1996.
Pine Grove has one of the finest reputations in our industry building a high quality line of homes. We have represented Pine Grove Homes since 1998.
Palmer's is an authorized factory service representative for Fairmont Homes as well as Commodore and Pine Grove with our own crew of service personnel.
Since 2007, we represent Eagle River Homes, a new company started and run by seasoned veterans to the manufactured housing industry offering a large line of floorplans with great versatility.
Most Recently, in 2008, we are working with Redman Homes to offer some of the beautiful options that only Redman can offer our homeowners, such as their Panoramic fireplace.
