Commodore builds both manufactured and modular homes to very high standards. We have represented Commodore since 1996.
Pine Grove has one of the finest reputations in our industry building a high quality line of homes. We have represented Pine Grove Homes since 1998.
Palmer's is an authorized factory service representative for Fairmont Homes as well as Commodore and Pine Grove with our own crew of service personnel.
Since 2007, we represent Eagle River Homes, a new company started and run by seasoned veterans to the manufactured housing industry offering a large line of floorplans with great versatility.
In 2008, we have added Redman Homes to offer some of the beautiful options that only Redman can offer our homeowners, such as their Panoramic fireplace.
In 2009, we have added Marlette Homes who are offering some very competitive package homes as well as access to their finance company, 21st Mortgage, who has been a great lender in the manufactured housing industry.
